At SMZ Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for products purchased from our website or store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning on delivery.
  • Wrong product has been delivered.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

2. Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind after purchase
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Liquid damage
  • Burnt parts, mishandling, or improper use
  • Software issues caused by viruses or user error
  • Products purchased under clearance/offer without warranty
  • Accessories like mouse, keyboard, pendrive, cables, batteries, SSD/HDD, cartridges, ink bottles (unless defective on arrival)

3. Warranty-Based Complaints

If your product comes with a warranty (store or brand warranty):

  • Warranty will be applicable as mentioned on invoice.
  • Only repair/replacement will be provided as per warranty terms.
  • Refund is not applicable once the warranty period begins.

4. Return Procedure

If your product is eligible for return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order ID, photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will verify the complaint
  4. If approved, product must be returned with:
    • Original box
    • Invoice
    • All included accessories and packaging

Returns without original items may be rejected.


5. Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided under following conditions:

  • Product is defective on arrival
  • Product stops working within warranty period
  • Same model availability depends on stock
  • If same model is not available, an equivalent or better model may be offered with customer’s approval

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is dead on arrival and verified by our team

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.

Refund mode will be the same as the original payment method (unless mutually agreed otherwise).


7. Shipping Costs

  • If return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we cover the return shipping.
  • If return is rejected or found invalid, customer must bear the shipping charges.

8. No Refund for Service Charges

Payments made for:

  • Laptop repair
  • Diagnosis
  • Software installation
  • AMC
  • Technical visits

…are non-refundable.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.
