- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any delay.

- Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Local Delivery (Ghaziabad / Nearby): 1–2 days
- Within Uttar Pradesh: 2–4 days
- Rest of India: 4–7 days

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

You can track your shipment on the courier website.
6. Packaging & Safety
We ensure secure packaging to protect your items during transit.
- Laptops and accessories are packed with bubble wrap and protective layers.
- Fragile items are marked and double-checked before dispatch.
7. Delivery Attempt
If you are unavailable during delivery:
- Courier will make 2–3 attempts
- You may be contacted via phone or message
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the shipment may return to us.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Take photos or video immediately
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier for investigation and provide a resolution.
9. Incorrect Address
If the provided address is incorrect:
- Delivery delays or failed shipments may occur
- Additional re-shipping charges may apply
