  • We sell refurbished, used, and brand-new computer products depending on availability.
  • Product images shown on the website may slightly vary from actual products.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive/exclusive of GST (if applicable).
  • Payments must be completed through approved methods shown during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to update prices anytime without prior notice.

4. Warranty & Guarantee

  • Refurbished laptops and computers may come with limited warranty, which will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Liquid damage
    • Burnt parts
    • Mishandling or unauthorized repairs
  • For warranty claims, original invoice is mandatory.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only as per our Refund & Return Policy.
  • No return will be accepted for:
    • Physical damage after delivery
    • Software issues caused by viruses or user mistakes
    • Mishandled products
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Service & Repairs

  • Service charges are non-refundable.
  • If customer rejects the repair after inspection, a minimum diagnosis fee may apply.
  • SMZ Enterprises is not responsible for data loss during repairs; customers are advised to take backups.

7. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

  • AMC services are valid only for the period mentioned in the agreement.
  • AMC does not cover hardware replacements unless specified.
  • Emergency or urgent visits may include additional charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
  • Delays caused by courier services, strikes, or unforeseen situations are beyond our control.
  • Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Spread harmful software
  • Provide false information

Any such activity may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property
